The Project:

Foreshore Licence/Lease

Construction of structures on tidal land adjacent to the Western interchange (which connects the Southern Ring Road and the N25 Bypass mainline), the new Suir River Crossing and structures at Grannagh, Newrath, Strangmills and Mullinabro require permission from the Minister for the Marine.

In 2004 this permission is in the form of a lease which permitted the above works was received by Waterford City Council.
