The Project:

Bridge Order

For the purposes of the N25 Waterford Bypass Scheme and particularly for the construction of the new Suir River Crossing Bridge it was necessary to apply to the Minister for the Environment & Local Government for a Bridge Order to allow the construction of the new bridge.

In July 2003, the Minister for the Environment & Local Government granted an Order approving the construction of the Suir Bridge subject to conditions.
