Structure 57 – Bawnfune Overbridge

This structure is a 57m long 3 span integral bridge, which carries the existing Bawnfune Road over the new N25 mainline, maintaining direct access from Tramore Cross Roads to the Old Kilmeaden Road at Killoteran. The sub-structure consists of 2 no. abutments, 2 no. intermediate piers. The superstructure consists of 11 no. precast concrete U-beams and a 250mm deep reinforced concrete deck slab.
