I have passed my Driving Test. What documentation do I need to submit, to apply for a Full Driving Licence ?
You need :
- Certificate of Competency - received from the driving tester on passing your driving test
- Provisional Licence
- Full Driving Licence Application Form, completed
- 2 identical passport sized photographs signed on the reverse side
- Fee [ 1 year
€ 5, 3 year € 15, 10 year € 25 ]
A Medical Report Form may be required in certain circumstances, namely :
- When applying for a full driving licence in categories C, C1, D, D1, EC, EC1, ED or ED1.
- When the applicant is over 70 years of age
- If the applicant has a medical condition
