Central Library and Ardkeen Library host book clubs for adult readers. Meetings are usually held on a monthly basis membership to library book clubs is open to anyone wishing to meet others interested in reading and discussing books.

Teen Book Club
Central Library hosts a Teen Book Club every three weeks on Wednesday evening at 6.00 pm. New members between the ages 13 and 16 are very welcome.

Children’s Book Clubs
Central Library and Ardkeen Library host Children’s Book clubs on the third Thursday of each month. New members of 8 years of age and upwards are welcome.

Poetry Circle
The Poetry Circle will be taking a break over the summer months from its usual meeting schedule in Central Library. It is expected that the group will return in October 2009.
