
Waterford City Council Library Service is taking part in the FAS eCollege project. FAS eCollege has been developed by FAS to help people develop their skills in areas such as ECDL, English language learning, horticulture, office administration and child development.
The FAS eCollege Project is aimed at anyone from absolute beginners to people who want to brush up on their PC skills or learn a new skill.
Courses available are:

Basic Photography
Finance Fundamentals
Key skills- Numeracy and Literacy
Office Admin/Reception
Child development Basics
Gardening and Horticulture
English as a second language
Computer Basics courses available are:
Introduction to Computers
Introduction to Internet and Email
Introduction to Word Processing
Introduction to Spreadsheets
All of the courses are available on-line at Central Library, Lady Lane and all courses are free!
A FAS facilitator is available to answer any questions three times a week at Central Library. Workshops with the FAS facilitator are available each week at the following times:

| Saturday: | 10.00 am - 12.00 noon |
