Specifications, Tender Forms and particulars may be obtained from Waterford City Council, Stores Department, Northern Extension, Carrickphierish, Waterford and also on our website: www.waterfordcity.ie

It may be a condition for the successful Tenders to produce a Tax Clearance Certificate, or a Sub-Contract C2 Certificate, where applicable. The lowest and any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders should be submitted only in accordance with details on the official tender documents.

Waterford City Council is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, (F.O.I.), 1997 and Freedom of Information (Amendment) Act 2003. If you consider that any of the information supplied by you is either commercially sensitive or confidential in nature this should be highlighted and the reasons for its sensitivity specified. In such cases, the relevant material will, in response to F.O.I. requests, be examined in the light of the exemptions provided for in the Act.

Completed tenders should be returned, in a sealed enveloped, marked "Tender - Annual Contracts 2009", to the undersigned, not later than 4pm on Wednesday October 22nd 2008.

Late tenders will not be accepted in any circumstances.
