Tenant Purchase Scheme

Tenants of Waterford City Council, who have at least one years tenancy, are eligible to apply to purchase their house, either outright or by way of shared ownership.

The price of the house will be it's market value, as determined by Waterford City Council, less certain discounts. Tenants are allowed discount of 3% for each year of their tenancy, up to a maximum of 10 years, plus €3,810.00. This is taken off the price of the house.
