Badger and Dodo Boutique Coffee Roasters are artisan coffee roasters based in Fermoy, dealing in Specialty, Single Origin, Seasonal and Estate coffees sourced from all over the world.

Having relocated from Australia in 2008, they provide standard or custom blends for retail and wholesale customers, professional barista training, operational advice and support.

All coffee is roasted fresh to order, fairly traded and available either via their website at www.badgeranddodo.ie or directly from them at the Waterford market.

Their coffee cart which operates at the market is also available for private function hire and special events. Badger and Dodo are members of the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe.

Owner / Roaster Brock Lewin judges for the National Irish Barista and Latte Art Championships and is passionate about correct baristing standards.
