Jaybees Bakery

Jaybees Bakery supplies a wide variety of delicious home-baked cakes, including our famous carrot cakes, rich fruit cake, brownies, apple and lemon tarts, and many other items. 

We use free range eggs and genuine creamery butter in all our products.  Our homemade brown soda bread and light brown yeast bread are favourites of many people.  Specialties include our line of lovely homemade fruit jams. 

The Christmas season will see the return of our deluxe homemade Christmas puddings and mince pies.
