Higher Education Grants (HEG)

The student grant application process for the 2012/13 academic year is being centralised and all new applications will be made through the online student grant application facility for information please see www.studentfinance.ie

It is expected that this will be open from May 2012 to accept new applications.

Wateford City Council will continue to process renewal applications for students to whom they are already paying grants until those students have completed their current courses.

Students changing their course or progressing to a new course in the 2012/13 academic year will need to apply on-line to the new centralised authority.
