Disposal / Sale of land
Sales of Freehold
Leases granted for sites for housing development
Leases granted under Tenant Purchase Scheme
Leases granted for commerical development
Leases granted for commercial use and to sporting organisations
Maintenance / security of City Council Land Bank
Letting of lands for the purposes of Grazing and yielding of crops
Letting of properties to Voluntary Groups for nominal rents
