The office of Community & Enterprise provides administrative support to Waterford City Development Board (CDB). The main function of the Waterford CDB is to oversee the implementation of the Strategy for the Economic, Social and Cultural Development of Waterford City 2002-2012.
Waterford CDB's vision for Waterford City is that by 2012 Waterford will be a vibrant City, providing a secure future for its people in a safe and healthy environment where all can achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
The work of Waterford CDB is progressed through a number of committees:
