Waterford's Twinned Cities
Waterford is twinned with Saint Herblain in France, near Nantes on the Loire River in Loire Atlantique. We are also twinned with the city of St.John's in Newfoundland, Canada. Waterford is a sister city of Rochester in the north of New York State, in the U.S.A.

The City Council provide an annual grant for twinning activities and regular twinning visits take place.
Between Saint Herblain and Waterford there is an active Town Twinning Committee chaired by Cllr. Davy Walsh with Mr. Eamonn Murphy acting as secretary.
