Access to the City Archives is by appointment only.
Readers are required to complete an application form on their first visit and are issued with a "Reader's Ticket" valid until the end of that calendar year.
Photocopying facilities are available and photocopying is at the discretion of the Archivist and depends on copyright restrictions as well as the nature and condition of the material in question.
